Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://notarizedbycarriedavenport.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Notarized by Carrie reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Document Notarization, Affidavit Notarization, Jurat Notarization, Power Of Attorney Notarization, Will Notarization provided by Notarized by Carrie. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Notarized by Carrie and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

As-Is Basis. https://notarizedbycarriedavenport.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Notarized by Carrie makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Notarized by Carrie's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Notarized by Carrie from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of IA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in IA.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
